In August, Northern Ireland’s Year of Food & Drink celebrates our fabulous local meat industry. We are lucky enough to have one of the country’s best butchers on our doorstep: Hannan Meats, Moira. Peter Hannan has developed Europe’s first Himalayan salt chamber in which he dry-ages grass-fed beef such as Glenarm Shorthorn from County Antrim. Our six course tasting menu which will showcase excellent local meat alongside home-grown and local vegetables. (Friday 19th August)
